Went to Romania and Italy (althought Italy is not in OPs pic) back in August. Can confirm they're based. Romanians kicked out all the gypsies and italy did the same with all the street beggars in Rome, I was actually quite impressed.
Everyone thinks Romania is a 3rd world pos country but I was incredibly impressed with the quality of life. Talking politics with people, everyone is right wing. By all means they don't make as much as someone here in Canada, but I would consider moving there. I travelled all across it but spent a week in Constansa, beaches are great too.
