Dean is connected to Chang Pen-Tsao, former head of the CNFI, through her largest asset, a shell company in the British Virgian Islands, by the name of Jadeland Pacific LTD. This shell company is 50% owned Pen-Tsao, who does all of Deans family bike business's manufacturing in China. Dean tried concealing this company and her association with Chang Pen-Tsao by miss spelling the comapnies name as 'dadeland ltd' in her campaign finance reports. This was presumably done intentionally to conceal her connections to known Chinese industrial criminals, who have been accused of interfering in foreign elections.
