Because males with no education can make up for it in the trades where as women can't. I'm a plumber, and since we do water heaters the door is completely shut for women since they cannot bring one up and down the stairs. Same I'd imagine for electricians, since I doubt most women could pull cable. Hell, even truck driving jobs are closed since most have you unload the freight. All three of these jobs employ millions of men, and women can't do them.

Women in specialties take more time off and don't stay later. Men get promoted and stuff.

They're lazy, full of drama, they always try to leave early as possible, they try to get men at the job to pick up slack for them and help them, they take more time off.

As I understand it there are a lot of factors.

Some of it is bias but not much. A lot of it comes down to choosing less high-paying careers in favor of things women are more likely to be interested in (or which offer better benefits like more maternity leave in lieu of payment), taking time off to raise kids, and to at least some extent being less assertive and not asking for as much compensation, which you can trace back to them being female.

This is something you can do with wage-gap women, is ask them if they've compared their own pay rate with a male coworker's directly. Usually they haven't.

Also point out that the EEOC, a government arm, has the full-time job of responding to reports on this issue. If there's so many women making 75 cents for every dollar a man makes, where are all the reports?
