I'm a software engineer and at my cmpany (a fairly large one) the male to female ratio is around 10:1 - and from what I've seen, women tend to be average or slightly below average in skill.

Other than the entitled tone I have to agree with her though, at my workplace everyone's really quite racist, and everyone who's younger than 30 is a borderline ancap memelord (the older gen. is more socialist). Most are also pretty authoritarian and iron fisted when it comes to crime, especially crimes against the people or the nation as a whole.
