Last one I went to we were discussing whether or not one of the polling stations should be moved away from a church/community center because a few people complained. Then we discussed the coats4kids donation locations and wrapped it up with people giving ideas for a raffle. It wasn't very sinister nor was it very secret.
A brother runs a mens shelter and like a few others, I've been setting aside my time I usually use for meetings to help with the expansion and basic maintenance. So it is very possible I've missed our more sinister meetings.
