First is a poll among journalists (who they vote for), it's almost 3/4 Greens and SPD (now probably more switching to ´Green as the SPD is dying, as other voters as well) Next is comparison how the general public votes, to show the discrepancy between public opinion and published opinion.
On the bottom is the subsequent comparison illustrated by the question "should rapefugees from Libya be sent back?" Now it's a bit tricky, they compare the parties voted for by journalists with the general opinion based on a poll - it's a bit misleading, as the general public also voted majorily for parties who do not agree. But it can still be used to show how there is a discrepancy between the general public and the political rulers.

The first two are how journalists vote vs how the general population votes. The lower ones are the policy of the parties voted by journos towards sending back fugees back to Libya vs the opinion of the population on the subject. It's kind of a bs comparison but I guess there aren't many opinion polls of journalists.
