The war of 1812 was a direct response to two things.

1. The end of the First Bank of The US(Rothschild central bank) charter.

2. The ORIGINAL 13th amendment which made it illegal to hold foreign title and be a citizen.

The 13th amednment written to (((free))) the slaves was actually writen to creat 2 classes of citizens. The first class is the original American Citizen, who is entitled to the bill of rights, the constitution, an the magna carta under french common law. The second class is the US citizen which is goverened by their own consent under admiralty law as legal chattle of the state, who are assigned cussip/Social Security numbers, and binding birth cirtificate contracts.

By rescinding the 13th, we would do away with the modern legal form of slavery which every US citizen is ensared by, under the guise of statuatory/maritime jurisdiction. This is a fundamental aspect of NESARA. Trump is using Kayne to telegraph this reality and soften the blow.
