Yes, we are stronger then Venezuela in everything except ground-air defense, but infantry incursions would be able to deactivate it in less then a month and we would have air superiority established.
Even if we didn't have equipment superiority they have no way of sustaining a long battle due to lack of both fuel and food, a couple months of ground incursions and "siege" would make then ready to be taken.
If we partner with Americans for logistic support a couple technical advantages in trade of venezuelan oil exploration share it would make it very easy, completely different situation than middle east proxy wars...
