What do you think of this Jow Forums? That obese mouth breathing nigger fuckwit with a 10th grade education at the airport can now demand all of your passwords and look through all of your private material on any of your devices "or else". This came up on my newsfeed and I had never heard of it so I did a bit of research. Turns out the TSA in America has been doing this for a while now and that the penalty in USA is not a fine, it's "detention". People keep all kinds of private information on their electronic devices -- banking information not the least of which. Apparently they need "probable cause" but they don't have to actually tell you what that cause is... which means there is no way to defend against a request to access your digital information. And we all know how resisting claims of (((probable cause))) even if none exists goes, don't we? You get a taser shoved up your asshole if you're white and a bullet in your face if you're a nigger.
Why do people think this is acceptable? Why are """security""" organisations like the (((TSA))) allowed to come up with new ways to trample all over your rights and people just seem to have to deal with it? Surely no one has voted for this sort of government over reach?
Here's an article from earlier this year which apparently indicates that TSA is refusing to co-operate with FOIA requests. Are they collecting everyone's data?
This article reports that there are possible incidences of TSA officials demanding access t electronic devices for DOMESTIC flights. It also reports that there were 30,000 searches in 2016... up from only 5,000 in 2015.
most of the people around you are not actually human beings, you just give them the benefit of the doubt because they are programmed to act a human in some ways
they don't realize anything. They are totally mindless.
And the people who do realize what's wrong don't take violent action.
that's why everything is the way it is. The way things are going you won't take action until its way, way too late.
8 captchas to be able to make this post, google knows a bad goy
Maybe it's time to stop "traveling" like a retard? If you're worried about shit like this, all you have to do is stop being a hedonist faggot and simply change your lifestyle. How did people in the past survive without country-hopping every year? You should find out.
Justin Flores
Uhh, where's the ACLU and EFF on this? Obvious violation on the 4th Amendment, and since Kavanaugh isn't aboard yet, someone should challenge this all the way up before he is.
Ethan Russell
>he doesn't have a high-caliber job which requires him to travel frequently overseas go back to shearing your sheep you fucking peasant I have to go to Australia for work all the bloody time
Carson Bailey
But what if you believe there may be some form of incriminating evidence there? Doesn't the 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination apply here?
Jonathan Brooks
you don't have to, you just want to. go get some standards.
Owen Sanders
Yeah I pay the eff a lot of money, they need to step up if they want my continued support, only charity I regularly donate to

>I have to go to Australia for work all the bloody time >I have to Damn, get some control of your life your pathetic faggot. Either that or just accept lack of privacy is the price you pay for traveling around like some wonderlust slut.
Carter Hall
you're wrong but okay geppetto
Wyatt Bell
Posting the truth.
You think theirs anyone here but yourself and AI's.
Go ahead SHOUT IT! No one will listen. You might convinve a few people, but as you retreat into your psycosis, the hoi polloi will go about their lives undisturbed.
Justin Johnson
>hurr durr learn a trade or something enjoy your shitty life in greymouth I guess
Brody Lewis
>Implying I travel >Implying I have any electronical devices with me once leaving the house
Nigger, please.
Juan Ward
How do they know which sites that you use/registered on?
Adrian Torres
I'm fine with this. I have nothing to hide.
Jaxson Reyes
They've been a little sjw'ish, pumped up by Soros and all, but yeah, they're one of the few worthwhile 'freedom' organizations today... Still, they need to fight this one hard, while it's still an easy battle.
Thomas Cox
Fugggg should I apply for a TSA job and start "digitally searching" all the hot girls who pass through the scanners?
>to customs So this is only for people traveling internationally? I mean it still seems wrong, like not something TSA should be involved in. Cant you refuse? Like why a fine, what does that fix if its legit a security threat? Obviously just another way to get money.
TSA agents already steal people's belongings. What is to stop them from stealing your data? Your passcodes, files, banking info? If you read some of the articles I posted they all say that the confiscating agent took the device into another room for anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. They can do anything with it. What about planting material to incriminate you?
Jason Gutierrez
Haven't flown in awhile, so I was not aware of this. desu if the TSA wants to check any of my devices they can get a warrant.
Brody Martinez
>incriminating evidence there? of what? any data that isn't about planning an attack on a plane is none of their business.
Colton Morales
t.Goebbels
Ayden Phillips
Solution to this is obvious - if you travel overseas buy a burner and leave your regular phone at home.
Oliver Ortiz
Just change your password when you travel >buttvibrator They probably won't want to touch it
I figured not wanting to get shot here's another reason not to visit the USA
Sebastian Hughes
What the fuck?
Leo Reed
I had one earlier that said "select all mountains or hills." There was 1 mountain 1 hill and a roof that looked like a hill. I clicked the two and it kept saying no. I had to tell it the rooftop was a hill.
Charles Lewis
Pleez tell how, or vorever hold your peace
Angel Howard
Uh I have an S8+ how do I get it to boot to a fake screen on a certain pin?
James Thomas
No root no boot buddy.
James Peterson
Pretty neat m8
Nathaniel Thompson
Duh, I shouldve thought of that. I'll get right on rooting it then, now I have a legit reason.
David Sanchez
This is clearly a violation of the 4th amendment of the US Constitution.
Landon Garcia
What about people with an iPhone? What I just pull a Jeff sessions and tell the. TSA people I can’t remeber the password?
Charles Martinez
i swap my phone chip out for one filled with really fucking raunchy gay scat porn and i dont bother to encrypt it. when TSA goes through my phone, i tell him he's cute and ask for his phone number.
Dominic Rivera
what are they doing with your phones and laptops? they are complete brainless retards there. do they just snapshot your devices using the prebuilt tools on their pcs or what? or do they go through your stuff manually?
Grayson Taylor
Things that worry me here: You suspend your civil rights while going through an airport security check, right? Because that is completely unacceptable and that is what Patriot Act did to people. If you suspend your civil liberties and rights they can theoretically do a lot to you that you wouldn't be able to sue over or protect yourself of. This is a big and scary thing. And when we add to this how fucking lazy and inefficient these motherfuckers are we have a perfect example of where the government may be going This shit is alarming to say the least. I'm thinking ACLU should take this to the Supreme Courtz and finish the illegal Patriot Act.
Henry Walker
>civil rights violation >stock photo has TSA and a muslim fukken KEK
Henry Ortiz
just so you and everyone else is aware, literal fingerprints (from your physical fingers) are "public record" and you leave them everywhere. something to think about.
Charles Morgan
ok whats your bank account #, password, credit card #, and home address?
Give it to me if you have nothing to hide faggot
Robert Price
you have to give them your password and then they take your devices to another room and look through all of your files manually. If you refuse to give them your password, they give you a $5000 fine (NZ) or they "detain" you (USA).
Lincoln Johnson
The 4A has been whittled down to nothing over the years by the SCOTUS. It doesn't really exist anymore except on that scrap of paper in the National Archives in D.C.
Just put your electronics in your main luggage, or, are they just searching everything for every passenger and asking everyone for passwords to their fagbook account?
Kevin Cook
get a load of this dummy lmao
Wyatt Ward
This is fictional and homoerotically charged. If it is real, it is a lawsuit waiting to happen when it gets taken to the supreme court and a lawsuit gets started. Considering this hasn't happened yet, it is obviously fake as fuck. Prove me wrong you psyops beetches.
Ethan Nelson
imagine if they outlawed memes haha then everyone would be so fucked haha *stares at EU*
Jackson Walker
lol
Justin Roberts
I've been warning you faggots about smart phones and taking electronics through customs for over a decade now. ENCRYPT YOUR SHIT. STORE SHIT ON A CLOUD SERVER AND ACCESS VIA VPN. ONLY TAKE WIPED ELECTRONICS THROUGH.
Personally I like these sabotage USB drives to fuck with people who sneaky search your stuff. archive.li/GA1hy
Angel Taylor
I have no problem with them searching peoples digital devices.
Means all their dodgy porn habits will be exposed and all the faggots who go to 3rd world countries to fuck kids will be caught.
>You think theirs anyone here but yourself and AI's. This. I'm convinced I like 1 of 20 actual humans that post on Jow Forums
Tyler Sullivan
>Sir. Explain these pornographic images.
Jose Morales
I agree. Peoples obsession with travel is getting insane. I mean arent you supposed to save towards a holiday? Why are people getting into debt to fucking travel.
None of it makes sense to me. But maybe thats because i feel comfy in my own company and dont need to be around "exotic" brown people to feel like iv made it.
Jace Taylor
how long do you go to prison for handing TSA one of these lmao
Ayden Bell
Who the fuck remembers their password? I never remember my password. Heck if I know. Shit the device is locked. Oh well. Drat. Dang it. Darn. I REALLY want to help you out but...hey, you know how it is.
Ryan Johnson
>Damn, get some control of your life your pathetic faggot. Either that or just accept lack of privacy is the price you pay for traveling around like some wonderlust slut. People aren't even allowed to take in purses to a stadium here in Brisbane anymore thanks to the Muslims and their bomb habits.
This is what fucking happens when you let the filth of the world into your countries. You need a damn police state to keep everything from turning into anarchy.
Jose Martinez
they can compel you to use your fingerprint to unlock the device -- refusing is the same as refusing to give your password
Joseph Sanders
Mine says "DANGER - DO NOT PLUG IN" on one side and the other side says "WILL DAMAGE COMPUTER EQUIPMENT" on it. My lawyer told me to stop fucking traveling with it because I'm just begging for retaliation, but it's a great search canary to know if anyone's going through my shit when I must carry stuff with me.
Only one time was I asked what it was and I was honest: it's a USB drive that will burn out any computer it's plugged into. I further clarified that I'm carrying it for personal research purposes and got funny looks but they gave it back (it was a non-western country).
Joshua Morris
This is EXACTLY what Truecrypt hidden volumes are good for.
Feel like being educated a second time, im here for you.
Ryan Carter
>who else Not sure. >would they check all of them? Maybe, if they were interested enough in you. The point is that they now somehow have the authority.
Kevin Hernandez
> traveling into america > carry any personal electronics
I hope you don't do this
Aiden Morales
In Israel is already like this. They take you to the small room and ask you to log in FB, Gmail etc. and they search for words like Palestine etc. This is why you should have a secondary clean FB and email account to show to authorities if TSHTF.
Nice refutation, mate. Looks like I win. As always.
Blake Campbell
I'm gonna need some .gov sources liar.
Logan Bell
In the USA, you can be compelled (with a warrant) to surrender a key or your fingerprint. You cannot be compelled to surrender a password stored entirely in your head, as it violates the 5th and 1st amendments (freedom from being forced to incriminate yourself and freedom from compelled speech).
Luke Kelly
Imagine if the tsa forced you to update and/or install windows 10.
This is why i dont use social media. Too many employers and government agencies are using it to fuck people over.
Thomas Murphy
Never take anything other than a burner phone with you. TSA/NSA have forensics tools made specifically for stripping passwords from windows computers and they dump your registry to see what all programs you have been using. The are likely dumping all your browsing data/cookies as well, all browsers have been compromised at one point or another and many store passwords for lazy folks in their settings.
Henry Watson
So then what if the line of questioning becomes "why aren't you carrying devices? Everyone has them why don't you?" And that takes this down a much darker route of total forced disclosure of everything an individual has, knows, believes or has said.
It then continues on the path that china begun with social credit scores and "privilages" being granted to good sheep allowed to travel, eat etc and bad sheep being sent to the gulag for "reconditioning".
Is that so difficult to understand? Or are you a fool?
Owen Jones
The OP pic that says "customs" related to NZ customs. If you read the post and the two posts I made directly under OP you would notice the info about TSA in America. Fucking dummy.
Lucas Jackson
I'd like to know what justification they used to push this law. This isn't like old days of soviet spies sneaking briefcases full of documents out of the country, anything a foreign government could want on paper could easily just be sent encrypted over the internet or if they were absolutely obsessed with playing James Bond they could take a 500gb micro sd and put it inside a mechanical watch or something else totally inconspicuous.
I know why they did it, they want to put the citizens under a surveillance state, but they always twist the wording so it sounds like we're being protected
Angel Watson
We just had like 10 bombings here in the US because of "muslims" and a somali. This isn't surprising.
