because you will be jewed by the jewdical system.
a friend of mine just did lawschool.a cheap one, but
its still a law school. and the more i think about
him the more i realize that he is a jew. the leftist atheist
type, the worst type.
I wanted to be one, but I was blocked by a trumped up felony charge. Ruined my life.
The 'A' Level law class was full, so I ended up studying politics instead.
arguing semantics is the most jewish thing you could ever do. the entire religion is based on being a stupid smart ass and circumventing god's law.
I have a low verbal IQ.
Because I prefer being a judge.
>not being a Lawyer
But I am.
Lawyers are vital because lawyers have ensured the law is too convoluted for most people to understand without devoting their lives to it. The more simple your legal code, the less you need a lawyer.
I actually own (a substantial part of) and run a lawfirm.
It is pretty Jewish (in feel, not in reality) in that it's a very "you want help? swipe card here!" field. Access to justice for the indigent is a big problem.
I'm actively trying to develop a cost leadership wing of the business so that we can provide effective and efficient legal services at market-leading rates to 1) capture the unexploited market share of people with legal problems who fall between the upper limit of legal aid and the lower bound of private laywers and 2) help people who need it.
law is kike invention!
excerpt from Erupean ethnonationalist manifesto
>Written laws breed lawyers, encourage dishonesty and circumventing said laws ( (((weasel))) behaviour),
>diminish independence of every single human being, thus written laws shall be kept to an absolute minimum.
>No law (except Constitution) should outlive the government that issued it)
>Every citizen should be able and required to make his case in person and answer charges in person! (except in few cases of disability)
>Mos Maiorum concept is far more preferable to written laws.
>Legal person concept is abhorrent to an honest nation. Everyone shall be personally responsible for things one does, or sells, or says.
>Personal responsibility (be it business, government or private) shall be one of the foundational stones of Ethnostates in Europe.
*European
lawyers are not a vital profession
they write needlessly complex laws to ensure continued profits
Does anyone else watch Nick Rekieta? He's a pretty fun guy to watch and discuss legal shit.
Because i dont like it
>they write needlessly complex laws to ensure continued profits
Trust me. Laws now are ten times easier to read and are comprehensible for the layman compared to even a few decades ago. Something like the Prescription Act 1832 is just full retard and is so badly drafted (by parliamentary draftsmen, not lawyers) that judges have had to spend two hundred years twisting its wording and outright deleting/replacing a word to have it make sense.
legislation.gov.uk
Off the top of my head I can't remember which word it is though, but just look at this shit.
Lawyers tend to interpret laws that were made decades ago. It's only organisations like the European Union that make their laws incomprehensible so as to make them exclusive.
>(((trust me)))
yeah sure. as if none of us had to wade through that legalese shit at least once in our liftimes
fuck off kike!
>Implying a simple legal code is possible within a modern civilised society.
Why don't you just have the people. Pay for what you do. Like you go somewhere. That's gas. You printed something. That's ink and paper. They pay for what you do so they aren't paying more or nothing at all. They just cover your expenses. Seems fair.
In simple English why not?
i remember one of my professors saying: basically all our legal system is at his core the ten commandments.
I would have gone to law school if politics were this bad a decade ago. Alas, I'm already a well established fisheries scientist.
Because I've gotta pay the salaries of the lawyers, and they're not motivated by pure hearts like I am so they need to be paid at market rate.
So I need to devise a way to streamline our services so that I can pay my lawyers at market rate while charging my customers less.
And this isn't easy, obviously. The answer is to devolve as much work as humanly possible on the least expensive type of worker, so that lawyers can work for more clients at once, but designing the systems that allow you to do this is wracking and fraught.
The more laws a society has the more corrupt it is.
Liars need hiding places and that's what law has become.
The legal system is an excuse system.
It's insane that to navigate the intricacies of our society you need to go to school for 4+ years and learn a foreign language just so you don't get jewed on this litigious minefield of a (((culture))) we have.
I became a doctor instead.
It's also full of Jews.
"the more simple your legal code, the less you need a lawyer" does not imply the possibility of a "simple legal code." Comparatives are different from superlatives.
My best friend became a doctor and he always talks about jews and extreme "required" liberalism.
Like if you're conservative and you show it, you're ostracized intensely. He always laments not following me onto the boat.
This.
I was thinking about getting into patent law.
That sounds gay.
Isn't it interesting how jews don't need the 2nd Amendment?
They leverage power by institutional means.
Hoe pathetic a shirtless guy holding a shotgun in front of a dumpster looks by comparison.
Well, like fagsm it's easy (money).
They even jew their own god.
>Having linguistic intellect is jewish
You're a fucking joke
Yeah, I've always been surprised by the amount of liberalism in medicine. I've never gone full 1488 gas the kikes race war now, but I have revealed a bit of my power level among my closer friends and I have to say I'm definitely in the minority politically.
I just find it unusual that a field of consistently high-earning professionals doesn't have at least a slightly higher proportion of people with more conservative/capitalist ideals. My 2nd year out of uni I ended up paying a total of about $30,000 in income tax for the year, if that doesn't turn motherfuckers full "taxation is theft", I don't know what will.
>>Legal person concept is abhorrent to an honest nation. Everyone shall be personally responsible for things one does, or sells, or says.

Enjoy having to sell your house because your business failed for external reasons
I'm a lawyer and it's honestly great.
I live in a mostly white area but I'm so sick of people wanting work done for free or with discounts. Some whites can be very miserly. I just finished school and my fiancé and I each make well over six figures, and I work maybe 35hrs a week. Would recommend.
they are mutts, the jews best golem, dont be surprised at their stupidity
Linguistic intellect is not synonymous with being a lawyer.
>each make well over six figures
Worrying about giving whites discounts. Sounds Jewish
> fiancé works
lol cuck
Doctors tend to be higher in empathy that favours leftist bias. In communist revolutions doctors and medical students often play vital roles in support and leadership. Also doctors tend towards to being autistic social retards which makes them vulnerable to social pressure and manipulation from socialist revolutionaries.
Currently in undergrad and I plan on going into business. I've wanted to be a lawyer since I was a child, so I'm probably still going to go. Any advice?
Law School for me was 0/10 - wouldn't do it again. There are better ways to earn some money out there. People know well how to fend themselves.
For me, a good measure of how functional is a society is how much lawyers are needed.
In Law School here we say that one should never touch a process wherein one of the parties has a japanese name as the japanese talk to lawyers when things went really awry and can no longer get fixed through community mediation.
Our beloved (((friends))) and their desert cousins act in a similar vein.
Latins in general love to litigate and sue (I think being overdramatic is in their blood).
But I'm here not to talk about cultural trivia.
Juridical arguments have gone downhill and are more about melodrama than about common sense or juridical wisdom.
Take gay marriage as an example: I still wonder how no judge or legislator thought of how much of a gigantic tax evasion and estate planning tool it is! Instead, arguments are all about "love" and "live and let live" and other bizarre stuff!
Indeed, we need more lawyers with a Jow Forums mindset - especially because healthy communities can solve their problems themselves without external forces.
After she has kids I'll make sure she doesn't have to work anymore.
In America no matter what you still have a generation of lifetime appointed Jewish federal judges awaiting you
>American Law
Common law is retarded, why would you ever base other cases on bump fuck nowhere rulings of backwater judges?
Civil law is the way to go.
I definitely have some regrets in getting into law school, especially in a third world hellhole like this one. Since I managed to crack the entrance examination to one of the best, National law universities I got first hand experience of how our elites think and behave. A large number of my fellow students at university were from politically influential families, or wealthy industrialist backgrounds and almost all of them are driven solely by a limitless material greed and a strong sense of class hatred for commoners who're despised for being "backward, emotional, superstitious".
In India being a lawyer doesn't nearly have the sort of premium that a JD has in the US since bar examinations here are relatively very easy to pass and you can get a law degree in a matter of five years if you're inducted into an integrated course.
The population is extremely litigatious and the judicial system is a complete joke with tens of millions of cases in backlog. You can have a simple family dispute over property take 30-40 years to get finally resolved. This should ideally mean more business for lawyers but because the system is so corrupt and inefficient, the odds are always in the favour of established designated "senior counsels" who can charge up to 20-30 thousand USD for one hearing in a country where the per capita income annually is barely 2k USD. The young lawyers such as myself get the short end of the stick and get paid peanuts in comparison. I wish i'd just done a simple 3 year degree and joined the army. That's what I'm planning to do now anyways after wasting 2 extra years on becoming a lawyer who hates this profession.
If she's earning six figures no doubt she's bought into all the feminist shit. And why not?
> "You're a success girl, you really stuck it to the patriarchy, coz ur strong n independent woman! You go girl"
But one cannot serve two masters, this is double true for women.
So when hubby says: pretty please quit ur career for me and the kids.
Which way do you think it's gonna go?
The fact that you chose a fellow worker drone as your fiancé tells me everything about your cuck disposition. There is something latently homosexual about two ambitious working professionals cohabitating with no honest thought for the demands of child rearing.
If I were you I would have preyed on some young, pretty and desperate girl from a poor background. That's easy to control. One does not marry a woman for her intelligence (lol), as long as she's not retarded.
>I make well over six figures, and I work maybe 35hrs a week.
You're going to get fired.
I have a degree in criminal justice, didn't want to go to law school. However, the apartment complex that tried to take me to court didn't know that. They ended up paying me $1,000 out of pocket for my "attorney fees". I represented myself.
Moral lawyers get the shaft by the system
The major reuquirment is having no morals and no soul.
linguistic aptitude is a distant second.
I do trust administration. Good job security too, as everyone dies eventually.
Doctors are dumbasses in politics and management.
Based and redpilled
Are you me
I despise lawyers so much.
A family friend got himself into huge trouble doing DUMBFUCK shit with a gang. And his family is quite poor.
Anyway, he was held by the police and needed a lawyer.
The lawyer will come, but the first consultation will cost $4000.
His family will need to come up with that money, and they're barely making ends meet.
Fucking predatory vulture scum lawyers are.
I could not exploit a desperate family like that during such a crisis.
I wonder how it feels taking their money with your slimy lawyer hands.
Anyway, it looks like the cops have got nothing solid on this guy and if he keeps his dumb fucking mouth shut he could be fine. But it's gonna take more (((consultations))) to get him through.
He's a dumbfuck for hanging with a gang, nowhere did I deny that.
But lawyers are the lowest and most vile of parasitic scum for extorting such money from desperate people.
Enjoy the riches this life offers you lawyers, coz when the karma gets reckoned in the hereafter you'll be paying the debt back as a cockroach in your next few lives.
Hahahah. This is very inaccurate.
im a lawyer
im also a jew
Hahaha.
You'll learn the hard way then.
There's a reason for the divorce rate.
If it is external reasons how does that fall under the umbrella of personal responsibility? Your reasoning sounds a little Semitic... if you catch my drift, Pierre
you are the jew
I did a 4 week legal internship in India, it was definitely an eye opener. The Delhi High Court was like a circus.
I think I’ve read that at current rates it would take something like 300 years to clear the current backlog of cases
If nothing else having a law degree, or something similar, gives you empowerment. People who try to fleece you and who would otherwise succeed fail because you know they are full of shit and can call them in their bluffs
Give us a cautionary tale?
is it pathetic to be jealous of an excuse?
Lawyers are needed only because legal system is made in a way to prevent force of law to take action on criminals. The more laws there is, the more loopholes.
Three bricks worth of books about what is considered stealing can be transferred into one sentence - you shall not steal. That's it.
So you expect someone to give legal advice for free?
I mean plenty of lawyers do pro bono work also, but what makes you think you’re entitled to someone’s time and work for nothing and can demand it as of right?
>not being a Banker
whats your excuse for letting the jews control this vital profession?
Did I say lawyers should work for free?
I doubt you even have the salt to answer that simple question.
being a lawyer sucks dick. you work your fingers to the bone reading boring ass paperwork for literally 14 hours a day, all for money. and you can never make a mistake.
if you are a scumbag and only care about money, banking is a much better career. if you care about your quality of life above money however, pretty much anything else is a better choice.
>if you are a scumbag and only care about money, banking is a much better career. i
Literally me. I actually left law to enter finance. I just want money so everyone on earth can fuck off and leave me alone.
The only laws we need are God's laws. The previous system was an abject failure, at least here. The US will be next when leftists push for constitutional amendments.
Our laws give me sub par medical treatment, while 50%+ of my income is directed to AIDS patients meds at 20k per month, islamic refugees, abortions from (((health care providers))) making a fortune, welfare recipients, etc. while they turned me away when I needed treatment. Our laws have people fined five figures and imprisoned for stating one's opinion or practicing one's religion. Fuck this system.
Let’s say person A, your housemate, steals one of your beers from the fridge. Let’s also say person B, a lawyer, steals 500 million dollars from his client’s trust accounts.
Should the punishment for stealing be the same in both cases or do we need some sort of rules to tell us whether the punishment should be different depending on the circumstances and the facts?
You intimated that you did not approve of a lawyer offering his services in exchange for remuneration.
>take the lsat
>scored relatively well 160
>nothing too good, but well enough for teir 2 and 3 schools
>start getting paperwork ready to enroll
>do some number crunching
>realize I'll be 150k in debt if I actually go
>say fuck it
That's why. I'm a white male who is ridiculously average, theres no scholarships, grants, or any help for me. So fuck law school, until I can make enough money or find some help I cant afford it.
inflation is extreme and nothing pays good enough to feel worth the time required
my grandfather would make 3x the income as I do adjusted for inflation and he was only a janitor with a 3rd grade education
at some point the country got irreversibly ruined
>getting into a discussion about jurisprudence with random retards on the internet who will range in mental intelligence and knowledge from 0 to 100
yeah thats a big yikes from me dworkin
Why don't you carefully and honestly re-read what I wrote?
Then you will see exactly what I'm taking issue with.
>I actually left law to enter finance
How? What did you do to make the switch?
t. Lawyer who hates his life
In law school right now.
Enjoy learning what being a lawyer is actually like.
First year out of school is a culture shock
I went and got a masters in finance
>they write needlessly complex laws to ensure continued profits
>yeah sure. as if none of us had to wade through that legalese shit at least once in our liftimes
The way you don't realize that you're too dumb to read a few lines is astounding. You're making a fool of yourselves. You're basically dumb people. Dumb people look at things they don't understand and say they're useless.
That's not gay. Thats a cool field.
Because I'm a problem solver not a problem creator.
I don't like working with people
I don't like arguing
I don't like having to convince someone of anything.
>tl,dr: not built for it.
What's your technical specialty
If what you are complaining about is charging unnecessary fees for doing ‘work’ which is not actually necessary and seeking to fleece clients, then you’re absolutely right that this is a serious issue. There have been examples of lawyers charging a client say, 200 dollars to send an email to say thank you to someone for sending them another email. Lawyers often get struck off for that sort of thing.
If what you’re complaining about is a lawyer charging fees for his services and doing real work, which anyone is free to accept or reject, well I think that’s unreasonable. Even defence lawyers need to get paid and they don’t get paid from the government, so if their clients aren’t paying them then nobody is.
It's the one reason I took them to court. I know my rights better than most. I even got a trial and wrung them out over doing the same thing to 2 other people, who posted their story on Google reviews. They had to drop all current cases of the same nature (they kept "losing" documents). It took me 45 minutes of searching my state's civil legal code. I get why people are attorney's.
>not wanting King Jew to judge you
>my brain when im doing a legal problem for me or people I like :)
>my brain when im doing a legal problem for a client :(
its fun being smart and arguing and protecting your people. its not fun protecting dumbshit clients you dont like.
because our legal system is hell, all my lawyers look like they've seen the devil
Well that's a dishonest dichotomy you've set up therem
It's actually option C, genius, (not that it wasn't obvious in my original post)
Extorting $4000 out of desperate poor people for 30 min consultations.
That wasn't exactly Biblical Hebrew was it?
>you enter into a contract with an iron ore producer incorporated in Russia, who will supply your steel smelter in the USA with raw materials
>one of their cargo ships sinks and you lose all you’re ore. The Russian company refuses to refund your payment
>are you able to sue them? Do you have a legitimate claim? Which court will hear your case? What law governs the contract? What sort of damages are available if your case should be successful? Do the Russians have assets in the jurisdiction which can be seized to enforce the order
>LOL WHO NEEDS A LAWYER IM A PROBLEM SOLVER NOT A PROBLEM MAKER
They have.
How is it extortion?
>paying for a product before it is delivered
You deserve to go bankrupt.
