This is a consequence of modernity and many pagans just being one for the sake of novelty. There originally never was a right-wing or left-wing pagan, ever. Paganism long predates political categorizations as "left" and "right" wing and even now said catrgorizations are almost 3 centuries old already.

Aside from the obvious ethnicity part which I won't even debate (pagans did, even on a city level), Christians didn't just go around calling themselves by any racial epithet (i.e. White) until a couple centuries ago where the different ethnicities in Europe were being mixed in places like America and a new identity was forming.
