Paddock never existed per se. A paddock is a type of fence in the USA. Paddock Fence.

Vegas native here. The only reason behind secrecy in this investigation is because the LVMPD had to run everything by their bosses before they did anything or released any info.

Their bosses are MGM Resorts, Caesars Inc, Wynn Resorts, and the SEIU.

They'll just tell you he made those notes 3 days beforehand and just brought the notepad with him on the day of the shooting.
