Morally, yes, it's obviously killing a human. In law? Yes it should be in law, as it's recognized already as a human by other laws.(violence against unborn children act of 2004)
But is it an overall good? Because that's debatable. If there were no abortions the black population would be 25% more than it is now. Considering that quality of women who get abortions in the first place, it's very likely that lots of these people would be scum. Look at the crime rate, murder rate, rape rate of blacks. Now more than double it. There's a good argument to be made that because of that fact, overall, abortion could be justified to be a moral good.
