First of all there is no proof of this occurring, secondly even in her version she claim to have told the therapist that she got raped. Not by a specific person.
In fact, the only evidence for this is her husband's recollection, It likely isn't included in the therapist notes, which is why those are being withheld.

2. Witnesses can be in the favor of the accused or the accuser
3. The FBI doesn't have a time machine, 36 years ago at an undisclosed location, time and date won't uncover anything
4. We don't need proof beyond a reasonable doubt, but if you are going to accuse someone you need evidence.
