I majored in business administration, got a job straight out of college that started me at 50k (in a low cost of living region of the US), that was 5 years ago. I'm now pulling 75k a year and I'm not even 30 yet. My job is also very easy, I "work" maybe 4 or 5 hours a day the rest I just post here.

I learned how to buy businesses with bank backing basically. I target companies in a healthcare niche that already have $2-$5M in revenue. I'm buying my fourth one right now.
