If you research propensity to natural disasters (hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, etc.) The Northeast is better than the Midwest. Also the number of White's is much higher. I'm not highly opposed to the Midwest... But there are some dangers and I don't want our people to die. I want them to flourish. Ok, Take my recommendation lowly as I'm not an expert of plumbing by any means. However, I do know that plumbers are needed everywhere. Research southern cities to find a place that has a high population and cheap suburbs. More customers, cheap housing. That's my two cents.

Tennesee is beautiful and a real good example of southern hospitality. Plenty of niggers all over the south, but if thats what your looking for look no further than Alabama.

FL is more expensive. Beaches, beautiful women, and wealthy clients on the coast make it worth it. I am a finish carpenter and live very comfy on a few acres near the coast.
