He (Hitler) as well as many other prominent National socialists talked about the Asiatic Slav. The simple fact is that "white" in and of itself is a bullshit inaccurate term. I view Chechens like Bosnians. Caucasians that have a non-Christian religion. I personally don't care about what faith people practice. Secularism is rough and most of the people that need to expelled in Europe are Muslim. What's Moscows policy in 2018? Assimilation or co-existence? You raise a good point the Armenian/Azeri/Kurd/Georgian/Chechen/etc. questions aren't easy. We're talking about a few million people with civilizations that go back to ancient times. It would be a shame for Turkey, Russia and Iran to divide, dominate and assimilate the area. That seems to be the most probable future in this timeline.
