REM is around 90 mins, so you want to sleep in those intervals. Nap for 1.5 hours, or sleep for 4.5, 6, or 7.5 hours. Trust me I did it when I was taking Advanced Placement courses in HS for college credits, and it works, same with university, I was very awake all the time, felt better.
