all the FBI does in these cases is interview witnesses, summarize the interview in a form 302, and then send it to the Senate. what the fuck is the point of doing that for a person the Senate already heard sworn testimony from? clearly it's more effective to speak to a person yourself than to read somebody summarizing a third party account
