There are times of hardship. Our ancestors did not abandon their home on those.

The problem with that imo is that there is a risk of de-creasing the population if the governement doesn't cut off it's burocracy/policy.
For example, if it's easier to divorce than to make babies and start a family, how the fuck are young people supposed to keep the population up?
If the government doesn't cut on those taxes for young people/tries to heavily intervene in the social polices, the population number falls, and your housing sector takes a hit.

About genetics, I also think that culture is more important, but maybe we shouldn't ignore genes.
An african migrant is likely to have tribalistic customs unless he is well educated and intelligent. If this african migrant is well educated and intelligent and he has kids in another country, those kids will be raised in a different environment, so they will be educated and won't be tribalistic retards.
But it's true their father has african genes, and most africans aren't exactly bright scientists, so even if his father is bright, he has a bigger potential of giving those bad genes to his kid than a native who doesn't have tribalistic retards all over their family tree.
