For example, he shouldnt have attacked russia, but instead the middle east, so he could get oil for his troops.

now my opinion:
Nazi germany was a war focused nation, and a nation focused on military should be ruled by the military.
Control should be given to a number of highest ranking officers, that make a council, in which they vote for what they think is best, including a council master whose's only advantage over others is being able to veto ties.
When you centralize power, no matter how great that one leader is, every man has their limit. I mean cmon, that's the whole point of fascism's invention! One stick is weak, a bundle of sticks is unbreakable! Giving all power to one man is against the core values of it.
I'm not saying hitler was a bad leader, he was the greatest person for the economy and for common morale germany ever had, I'm just pointing out it's hypocritical he became a supreme leader. He should have stayed an administrator, who took care of the insides of germany, but for war? He just wasnt meant for it.
