Vaccines could easily have unintended consequences that could be very harmful, but if you don’t vaccinate, you’ll definitely be at risk for the viruses that you should be building up resistance to.
It could pour into a problem for others if your kids vaccinated because you are now going to be a potential breeding ground for more other mutations of the virus, that others haven’t been vaccinated against, usually these could be more dangerous versions of the virus.
Who knows? Maybe you have a natural resistance already, and you don’t need the vaccine, but kids won’t. And that’s the major problem.

This is why there is no money to be made in the MMR/TDP and other common childhood vaccine market. Pharma companies make them as a sort of moral obligation and they are sold for pennies.

The only lucrative vaccine market is the "premium" optional ones for travelers, doctors, and other at risk individuals. Hepatitis A/B vaccines are 3 doses at $85 each. Typhoid is another $50. Herpes is 2 doses at $150 each. These are vaccines given out by private for-profit clinics and not part of the normal childhood immunization schedule.

Measles was a nuisance illness in the USA just prior to tge vaccine introduction. It is not dangerous in healthy children. Actual measles exposure granted full permanent lifelong immunity and thus herd immunity. The vaccine offers only transient immunity. It wears off and fails completely in some people. The vaccine actually made measles more dangerous for the immune compromised and vulnerable.
