I think OP was referring to liberals more broadly as "terrorists" rather than actual terrorists that commit violent crime. They have become increasingly hostile, and their tactics have moved on from merely protest and the like to actively trying to undermine and harass political opponents through the state(see: false rape allegations, inciting civilians to commit "grey area" crimes like kidnapping and unlawful restraint, filing frivolous lawsuits, encouraging mob rules and witch hunt behavior etc).

In that sense, they are broadly increasingly more terroristic when things do not go their way.

Antifa hasn't actually killed anyone to date.
Meanwhile about 68 people have died from right wing domestic terrorism since the early 2000's.
