That isn't how the courts system works. You'd have to go through every single court, appealing every time and getting permission to appeal on a point of law. Here there is absolutely no legal principle at stake. It wouldn't even make it out of the court of first instance.

Didn't read the other replies, so maybe someone has already said this. You don't just "take it to the supreme court". The case has to be taken to a lower court first, can then possibly be referred to the SC, and they have the option of either trying it or rejecting it. However, no charges have even been filed in this case, so that would need to be done before it can go anywhere at all. If she files a case with the police based on what evidence (none) she has, it will not even make it to a lower court, let alone the supreme court. Mitchell is a prosecutor for sex crimes, and even she said that based on the testimony, no prosecutor would be able to do anything with it.
