The fact is that IQ isn't the only factor which contributes to the functionality of societies. Asians are high-IQ and yet their societies are mostly hellish ant-colonies. We don't really understand all of the underlying biology related to the social characteristics that we value, all that we can say for certain is that the fewer non-Europeans that we have, the better.

Definitely true that there are much more underlying factors on what makes a cohesive, efficient society. As someone of Euro descent I am admittedly biased and much prefer that my society be predominantly those of Euro descent as well, but you can't deny that east Asians are high IQ industrious peoples capable of advanced civilization. The current university systems seem to be nearing the point of obsoletion and an increased effort should be made to accommodate learning from home as opposed to requiring everyone to meet up at the same physical location to learn. It appears that human greed is standing in the way of this, however, as peoples careers and livelihoods might be made obsolete so they would expectedly fight tooth and nail to keep these changes from occurring, also lust for power would prevent this as the gatekeepers want to remain powerful social engineers and continue to abuse the system to indoctrinate the young masses.
