In Spain you can have an abortion till the 14th week of pregnancy and to the 22th if it affects the mother's health or the fetus is damaged.
I don't think women wait untill the last moment to do this. They might want to get rid of the fetus as fast as possible. The single idea of an unwanted pregnancy must make couples think and take the needed measures to avoid this situation.
