Actually officer pay is pretty good in the British army, getting to Lt Col. within 15 years is feasible. Alongside this you get a free home to live in, for your whole family on base with other nationalistic white families, and good schools for your offspring. Not to mention a fantastic pension, and a higher status in society, plus weapons training for the future european race war.
I think Royal Navy pay is even better... you would be a fool not to.
