I heard somewhere the Japanese and Koreans are so smart for non-whites because of their diet. Need confirmation.

Hmm, I'll give it a try. Iodine is cheap and if it makes me feel better and avoid fast food, it'll be a win.

I have one. Take a GABA supplement.

GABA acts at inhibitory synapses in your brain. It essentially helps regulate ion channels in your brain that regulate mood, mediating muscle activation, and stimulates glandular behavior. During growth it changes its role from being an excitatory to inhibitory receptor.

It has also been found in pancreatic cells, stomach cells, and even plays some kind of important role in B-cell differentiation and immune system/inflammatory response. Recently a GABA pathway was discovered in the airway, and also have been found in the testis and lenses.

Why is this important? We live in a stressed environment constantly. Our stores of GABA are eaten away at an incredible rate in adulthood because its role shifts from causing excitement in our neurons to regulating our responses, obviously when stressed you burn out on serotonin; without a way to regulate that you get stressed incredibly quickly.

I cannot stress this enough; taking a supplement is a night and day difference in your mood and attention span.

Any diets for IQ? I saw a graph once saying Americans won a decade worth of IQ by eating something in the early 1900's... Don't know if it's Ionide though.

Stay away from anything labeled "Monosodium Glutamate" or "Sodium Benzoate."

The first one is hidden under a dozen other labels, and can be very tricky to spot. MSG is an acid your body produces when it wants to kill itself due to infection or damage (apoptosis). Randomly flooding your body with constant suicide triggers causes all kinds of serious problems with the nervous system and with any organ which happens to be hard at work when your blood is filled with the MSG. Cervical, Breast, Skin, Kidney cancers, as well as other disorders of over or under active glands/organs.

Tinnitus, migraines, color hallucinations, confused thinking, hyperactivity... When your body is randomly killing off itself for no reason, it triggers some weird effects.

Avoid ALL excess excitotoxins

Of course Jow Forums is dumb enough to fall for supplement scams. Not surprising considering how prone to pseudoscience and conspiracies this board is though.

>muh toxins

Quick! Go do a "juice cleanse" too! gotta flush out those evil "toxins!"

I'd like to know more about iodine.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Excitotoxicity

Nice post OP.

GABA doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier unless you increase the NO^2 in your blood. You can do that by supplementing with L-Citrulline Malate, however. :^)

Jews DON'T want you to know about it. A drop a day will do ya!

Iodine also forces flouride out of your pineal gland and can help clean up your endocrine system, which is something the OP post doesn't mention... :^)

My tip to any anons here is to become a Pescetarian. Vegans are idiots because they don't get enough protein, but the sugars in meat (what meat has sugar? Yes.) and that many meats are produced using less than acceptable methods (livescience.com/22627-candy-fed-cows.html, fortune.com/2017/01/23/farmers-cows-red-skittles/)

You just have to be careful of the mercury levels in fish if you adopt this diet. I typically only eat fish once or twice a week, and I eat a good amount of sweet potatoes (cheap and healthy) to keep my potassium levels up. Very important for keeping toxins out of your body. Which sounds like a meme but you should look into it if you think that.

GABA supplements have been shown time and time again to not cross the blood-brain barrier.

1300 servings of Iodine is $5.99 at Whole Foods. It's about $10 on amazon. This is maybe the worst scam of all time if you think that's the case. 1300 servings is approximately 3 years worth. That's $2 a year at $5.99.

>You just have to be careful of the mercury levels in fish
eat SMASH fish as recommended by Dr. Mark Hyman, as the most healthy yet sustainable fish:
Salmon
Mackerel
Anchovies
Sardines
Herring

>helps regulate ion channels

It's present in other forms as well. Disodium Glutamate, etc.

Yes, making sure they are wild caught as well. There are a few stores in the US that run good deals on salmon.

What would you like to know?

Magnesium works better for this, most Americans are deficient anyway.

Drink chlorella to offset heavy metal consumption

Kelp/Seaweed has iodine in it. However what makes their diet work for their brains well is all of the FERMENTED foods that they eat.

You should really take the krautpill. The most successful civilizations have always consumed some type of fermented food, especially fermented cabbage. Tsukemono for Japan, Kimchi for Korea, Sauerkraut for Germany... etc. and so on.

It's the lactic acid in the foods, it supremely helps your brain.

So aside from its anti cancer properties, which are super important, what else does it offer the layman?

This will sound whacky to many people so I give you that precaution. The endocrine system has been largely disrupted by additives to the food and water, in the form of xenoestrogens leeching into the water supply from birth control, to the additives of flouride, and other toxic metals in the form of mercury, and so forth. Iodine is competitive in your endocrine system and especially in your pineal and thyroid glands, and will 'push' the other metals out. If you combine this with a chelating supplement such as spirulina or chlorella, you can remove a good degree of these supplements from your body. Doing so will increase the functionality of your body greatly.

water.usgs.gov/nawqa/mercury/MercuryFAQ.html

That's just one link, but you could easily dig up a lot searching by keyword.

>What does it offer the layman

It offers a way for you to get rid of the 'brain fog' that many experience without having to resort to caffeine and other substances. The reason that people get mentally slower over time isn't necessarily related to age, but rather often to diet and exercise. Why exercise? Because when you exercise you cycle water through your system faster. It's not that inherently moving your muscles matters, it's that process of moving water out of your system at an increased rate that truly keeps you healthy.

Does that satisfy as an explanation?

Just take Super Male Vitality you idiots

You are all magnesium and potassium deficient. Find a chealated version like threonate.
Avoid fortified foods. You are all high in unbound iron which causes toxicity.
Avoid fluoride. It calcifies your pituitary gland

It does, thank you.

Pineal not pituitary

this stuff all sounds good, but then you have people who live off cigarettes and boiled hot dogs that live to 100 and you realize it's all genetics

>I could throw up a 9/10 larp thread and you’d be sucking my dick for answers
Fuck off jew.

If you supplement iodine DO NOT TAKE IT ORALLY. It's a fucking poison and can kill you if you take to much. Rub it on your skin, your body will absorb it transdermally and it is much safer.

Hey what the fuck? I have all those symptoms. My sister and father do too. My father just got pancreatic cancer.
Where is MSG most common?

>Iodine also forces flouride out of your pineal gland
>Avoid fluoride. It calcifies your pineal gland

Would also add BORON is a key therapy along with iodine for this.

Consuming more Boron can also strengthen bones (you will often see noron added to joint health supplements) and raise testosterone, and myriad other health benefits if you look it up.

Interesting way to consume more Boron: Eat BORAX. Yes, the stuff you might normally buy in the laundry section of your local mart. No, it isn't actually a poisonous chemical, it is just a salt (Sodium Borate) that contains about 11% boron. It is mined from the earth like regular salt, literally dug from the earth and crushed into powder sold in boxes.

Notes on how to consume this: You don't need much at all, 1/8 to 1/4 TEAspoon mixed into 1 LITER of warm water, shake it up, and drink it slowly over the course of a day. You don't need to do this every day, every 3days or once/wk or is fine. A typical box of 20 Mule Team Borax would last a lifetime using this method. You can also use it to deodorize clothing in laundry too.

It is completely safe, but if you are still think this is too weird, raisins are the food with the highest boron per weight by a large margin. Eat more raisins.

iodine test. best way to take iodine, through
the skin, so you don't overdose.

If you're feeling bloated and sluggish all the time listen up. You're pounding down food but not extracting the nutiants from the food well enough. You need to fix your gummed up digestive tract. Pick up some sour kraut canned or bagged. Heat it up, in a pot, in a slow cooker, or baked, it doesn't matter. Shovel it in without thinking on a day when you have nothing to do. It will completely clean out your system meaning you might be running to the toilet every 30 minutes but you'll feel like a godking the next day. Nutrients will also get absorbed better after this from the probiotics in the kraut giving you a ton of energy.
