I was on the receiving end of totaly false accusation from ex-wife. I literally lost everything including my children. The Court system is full of beta orbitting white knights just waiting to throw a fuck into EVERY male that walks into court. I had 15 seperate 209-A( restraining orders) filed against me in 7 different courthouses, as soon as the court found out they were bogus she would go to another district.
Long long story short that was 17 years ago and i STILL can not register a car in my own name, license plate scanners trigger/ red flag me for past "complaints" not convictions , and the VERY BEST ONE , even though i am my grandsons #1 care taker besides his working mother, I can NEVER attend any of his school functions because i cant not pass a criminal background check because of the bogus restraining orders. They are there for LIFE. Complaints never convictions. Governors pardon is only way to remove them. Once you are publicly ACCUSED its for life.
