These were territories without population (most of orange) after war so people who live there are mix of people from Belarus, Ukraine and Lithuania. They haven't created strong communites and they don't have family support so alcoholism, divorces and criminality are common (generally they are less conservative) plus because of origin they have huge complexes. There are 2 exceptions - Silesians from Opolskie are considering themselves German and vote against anything that considers Poland good thing and people from Wielkopolska are just retarded so they now fit with their new neighbours.

Bosnia is broken up into Herzegovina, Serbian Bosnia, and Bosnian Bosnia
