Sea Monkeys were part of a greater scam of selling junk to kids, bypassing their parents and directly advertising to them through comic book ads.
The creator of Sea Monkeys, was Harold von Braunhut. It turns out he was funding the Aryan Nation and other white nationalist groups, as well as giving empassioned speeches at local meetings, encouraging the white man to “hate” and finishing off with “Heil Hitler”.
How horrific that he was involed in such hate groups!!..But there is an even darker aspect to this: Braunhut was Jewish. But as they say in this dcumentary...We don’t want to talk about that, and they surely don’t speculate on why a jewish man would want to fund and lead white power groups.
