BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:45 A.M.) – The Turkish Army ‘neutralized’ at least 23 members of the Kurdistan Workers Party this past week, the Turkish Interior Ministry announced on Monday, as reported by the Daily Sabah.
Citing the Interior Ministry, the Daily Sabah said that the Turkish military conducted a total of 2,421 anti-terror operations between October 1 and 8; this resulted in their troops neutralizing 23 members of the outlawed PKK.
The Daily Sabah said that at least seven fighters were killed, four were captured, and another 12 surrendered to the Turkish security forces.
They would add that the Turkish security forces seized at least two dozen grenades, 303 kilograms of explosive material, 45 improvised explosives, and 25 long-barreled weapons.
These latest operations against the PKK come just days after the aforementioned group carried out a roadside bombing that killed at least five Turkish soldiers in the Batman province.
BEIRUT, LEBANON (8:40 A.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) uncovered a large weapons cache in the eastern countryside of the Daraa Governorate this week.

No links to any of the 'news'? These Syria General threads have always been dogshit. Why are first world websites concerning themselves with such trivialities?

>S-300 finally delivered to Souria Eh... Say what you want, but i think it will not work as intended. Why? Look at geography: shitload of mountains and lowlands.
There are two ways to fix this: 1) 24/7 AWACS duty 2) Rebuilding Lebanese Air Defence systems
Julian Cooper
proofs?

Do you folks think that jihadis are dying at a fast enough rate? Is there a way we can kill jihadi faster? Should we be assassinating jihadis and their sympathisers in the west under the cover of criminal activity ?
Kayden Martinez
man they really chose a perfect spot for a last stand, so many places to hide
>Why? Look at geography: shitload of mountains and lowlands. Fair point >1) 24/7 AWACS duty Would be perfect to have A50s all the time in the air, but it's impossible so far >2) Rebuilding Lebanese Air Defence systems Wishful thinking.. Impossible too, maybe in many years, but that would really be a complete game changer.
>Rebuilding Lebanese Air Defence systems this needs to happen but it never will. Lebanese military is mostly supplied by US, it is only given enough to police its own state but not enough to be of any threat to Israel, their airforce doesnt even have jets.
>Explosion at military warehouses in Ichnya, Chernyhiv region, Ukraine: 30kms no fly zone declared, transportation in area halted, evacuation ongoing Hohols at it again with the cigarettes.
Meh what do you expect, they have live munitions literally rotting in the elements out in the open for decades.

Wouldn't be surprised if this a consequences of holos being holols and stealing shit that they shouldn't be supposed to be stealing. I wonder how many lands were stolen, buildings privatized and shit. Reminds me of soviet fall, when documents were burned at every institution and stealing started.
So annoyed at brainlet muslim nations & militias (SDF, FSA, T*rkey, Iraq comes to mind) holding captured "european" ISIS fighters and whining at Europe for not responding to their calls and taking them back. The message is clear you idiots, they're massive security risks, stop bothering us and just kill them like Assad.
Realistically speaking, will Assad ever be able to take Idlib? Now that the turks are there
Brandon Lee
Yes

How? Serious answers only, no memes. I get the feeling that this'll be just like Donbass, Artsakh, and Kashmir, where both sides shell each other regularly but refuse to commit to offensives because of international pressure
Juan Cruz
give us the Konan-shenkov child we created together

NFZ declared by Syria and Turkey fucks off or loses a huge chunk of its army to airstrikes and artillery strikes.

>I get the feeling that this'll be just like Donbass, Artsakh, and Kashmir, where both sides shell each other regularly Realistically, yeah, it does seem like this, thanks to the t*rks presence. >refuse to commit to offensives because of international pressure Not really, it's Russia trying to get along with T*rkey.
Assad grants general amnesty to army deserters in Syria & outside country
Syrian President Bashar Assad has granted general amnesty to army deserters both within Syria and those outside the country. A decree published by state media on Tuesday says the amnesty doesn’t include “criminals” and those on the run unless they turn themselves in to authorities. Deserters in Syria have four months to do so; those abroad have six months. The amnesty could help boost the return of refugees, some of whom have not been able to go back home because they were blacklisted, AP reported. Government forces have managed over the past year to capture wide areas once held by insurgents, including in southern Syria and the eastern suburbs of the capital, Damascus. The flashpoint is now Syria’s northwestern province of Idlib.

Idlib contain terrorist (aka al Qaeda and ISIS ). Whole war is against them. Nobody is gonna leave them be, nor they gonna sit tight and wait for blessings of Allah. One day they will run out of food. Chimp outs between themselves are happening daily. One day, everyone will turn eyes on Idlib and realizes that West was supporting terrorist and genocide of Idlib people and rebels just want peaceful life, like they have now under Assad areas. Then strikes and cleansing of territory will happen. All this foreplay is just get attention on real Idlib problem, since all possible world forums like UN are filled with MUH RUSSIAN AGGRESION, Russia spies, Russia hacks and Sanctions, Iran. Demilitarization zone will be broken. They will chimp out.
