So I eat a little bit of tofu everyday as I'm losing weight. Will eating onions turn me into a pussy and will I grow tits? I've been reading articles and it all says eating onions doesn't impact your estrogen levels. What do you guys think?

This is the 1000 calorie meal I make every day which fulls me up until dinner.
1 chopped garlic
2 medium carrots chopped
1 brown onion
1 medium potato
3 tablespoons of curry powder
2 teaspoons chili flakes
1 tablespoon of oil
1 chicken drumstick
tofu
Turn stove onto about 3/10 heat.
Cook oil and lightly fry garlic and chili to get oils out.
Put 2 tablespoons of curry powder into the garlic/chili mixture to make a paste.
Put 1 tablespoon of curry powder in a cup of hot water, stir it and then add it to the paste to create a curry base.
Increase heat to 5/10
Add all your chopped veggies to mix and cover pot with lid
Cook for 10 minutes
Add chicken and tofu, reduce heat to 3/10
Cook for 10 minutes
Stir and just make sure it's not burning
Cook for 5 minutes
Open lid
Cook for 5 more minutes to evaporate any water
Turn stove off and leave to sit for 5 minutes.
You should have a thick curry now that's around 1000 calories.
In New Zealand it cost about $5 to make but I'm sure in other countries it'd be way less, like $2~3.

get exercise and eat vegetables and this poses 0 issue, its not like your body doesn't require or make its own estrogen

Taste is pretty neutral, they are a tad crunchy. They stink when you first get them so you need to rinse then boil then rinse again. There are some expensive rinse less ones on Amazon but never tried em. Good vehicle for sauces and soups, and being filling while nutritionally neutral.

if you lose more than 5kg / month then it's not due to any "special" ingredients that you use in your diet.
It's just that you were obese and stopped eating like a pig.
When you go back to more normal weight lvls, then you'll see if the diet/exercise combo you have is good enough to lose even more weight.

I'm well aware that "special ingredients" wont help me lose weight and it's just a matter of calories in vs calories out. That curry that I make allows me to keep on a diet of 1800 calories so I was just letting the dude know that it's a good option.
