That's part of it. Women have influenced culture in ways that give less attractive women advantages over more attractive women.
The whole idea about it being "creepy" when an older man is attracted to a younger woman was pushed by old wives who were afraid of losing their husbands to younger and more attractive women.
Welfare and pushing women into the workplace is another as both provide a means of survival for women who are too unattractive to be chosen for marriage.
A young attractive women is among the most powerful people in the world. She can bring billionaires to their knees. Much of what feminists do is designed to remove their power, often through shaming tactics.
