"Culture-fair" IQ tests, designed specifically to end racial differences in performance, have been developed--and blacks do even worse on them than than they do on "racist" and "unconsciously biased" IQ tests.
Turns out that when you remove all references to any form of culture and test strictly on pattern recognition and quantitative intelligence, you're testing for g more directly. If anyone thinks IQ tests are “designed for whites” then they don’t know what IQ is. It’s about the correlation between getting one problem correct and getting another problem correct. The content is derived to measure this response which is our best proxy for intelligence. Every fucking day there’s a thread on IQ where people think it’s just like taking a test in high school and it’s graded on the number correct over the total number or some shit. They don’t understand IQ and therefore cannot speak to its validity.
IQ is also more predictive of life outcomes than any of way of assessing Intelligence.

Okay dude. First, correlation doesn't mean causation, your graph, though a good compilation of information, is nothing more than a meme that had a basic understanding of statistics. I mean, it has to be basic, otherwise it wouldn't know how to take advantage of people who have either forgotten, never cared about, or have never taken, statistics. Because it really isn't statistics, in fact there's almost no statistics on this (outside of averages). Second, the IQ map is literally borrowed from the first result of looking up "Average IQ" it works for what it's supposed to be, but it really ties up this nice lazy feel to it.
This chart does something smart, at the bottom it acknowledges the wild variables at play, but it never really gives any god damn reason outside of "it's a possibility" to treat race as any more valid a threat, then frames it as if this is "playing dice with the future of humanity". This gets derailed once you actually remember how chances work. Working off of odds, there HAS to be black individuals in the lower countries with exceptionally high IQs, probability and human nature kind of demand it to be the case, (I do understand that these are averages on the chart, but that isn't relavent to what comes next), once the possibility of high IQ black individuals exists in any country, so does the possibility of them having more IQ than whatever white person that had the highest IQ, and at that point who gives a shit about race? Remember, you're trying to prove that WhiteIQ>BlackIQ because of Race. Although exceptions exist in most cases, your argument is ultimately "there is a strong, and undeniable tie between White IQ being higher than Black IQ because of race". >cont.

Your argument doesn't allow for exceptions. The smartest white individual HAS to be smarter than the smartest black individual, otherwise race loses all standing as a contributing factor, because if it isn't consistent all the way to the top, then race cannot be the factor responsible for an intelligence gap. It's kind of hard to take a test based on knowledge learned through books, and logic, gained by living in European country when for decades you weren't allowed access to those books, or the opportunity to live in European countries outside of some more affluent circumstances. Like, they're not fucking retarded, they just haven't been properly educated, and realistically it's even harder to teach people at older ages when they don't know the basics to begin with. We should be tearing into the African country governments for being fucking incompetent in helping their people on a base level. except that you are completely off base with your analysis. probability distributions become improbablility at the tails. the probability that the smartest African is smarter than the smartest European is vanishingly negligible. so negligible that there has been no empirical observations to prove its existence. in physics there is a possible improbability that atoms in a nebula spontaneously take the form of a fully functional toaster oven. we cannot rule out the possibility of such an event but the probability is so low that it is negligible and no empirical evidence has shown proven its existence.
