Burger here, lived and worked in Ontario for many years. Good prices are quitehigh, even when I was there but they aren't extreme like some here say. At least not in Ontario, probably different in other states. I should also clarify that my personal experience was pre trade conflict so it might be totally irrelevant

I think it may be a concentrated effort to push Trudie out. It's okay but obvious shrill is obvious. They always you prices from tourist traps or Nunavut, Nunavut has no railway and I think only one road where the fuel stations also commit highway robbery with their pricing. Fact is most of the northern Canada it is 500x better to hunt and grow food than buy it. Shoot and butcher 1 Moose or whatever and you feed a family of 6 for 5 months. If the Natives didn't fight so hard against having a railway their product prices would be much cheaper. For me with a stay at home wife and three children I can feed my family on $10-$15 a day simply by buying in bulk at Costco and having wifey cook all the meals. My home payments are $400 a month and Taxes are $268 a month. Making $87 a day after taxes it leaves plenty of money left over. Yes I had to save as a teenager to get the huge down payment on our home but it pays off in the long run because I don't have steep home payments to the bank to make. Currently we're looking at large properties up north to buy so we have a second place. Clear the land and buy a used trailer, kids can go camping, we can hunt and live the Canadian dream. The people who suyffer always have one thing in common, Credit and payments are killing them. for some reason they fell for the jewish line that credit is good and spend, spend, spend, don't worry pay it back later with a little interest. I see people driving around in brand new cars and know full well those people have less than me. I'm fine with my $500 Subaru station wagon, wife is fine with her used minivan to shunt around our children. The only thing about Canada that bugs the piss out of me is the public education system being infected with faggots that want to teach 5 year olds gay butt sex. I don't even really have a problem with immigration because they can't roam far from the shithole cities, they get shunned and freeze to death in the winters, con't maybe...
Onto Immigration.... All those children are in the cities, they will all get a good gay butt sex education when they are 5, their parents fresh to Canada have already been sucked into the jewish credit slavery, they will have no choice but to work as they can't get cheap housing outside the city (they can't survive our winters) and in the cities its one election away to pulling their subsidized housing. We are already seeing it with the election of Ford in Ontario and that dude in Quebec, now we have the emergence of Maxien who will get elected. Their free ride is soon done.
Yeah the price of food is absurd and to be honest it has nop reason to be so high we produce more than enough to feed the country. A lot of the expense is due to the taxes cost of transport and the name brand bullshit. I mostly just buy from farmers that are my friends or hunt.
