My mum has been partner in a law firm for 25 years and earns 500k-1m every quarter and finds her job easy as fuck.

Her intelligent did not transfer to me and I struggled through high-school like a total retard and never went to university.

Basically what im trying to say you might be in some comfy desk job on a computer all day earning 100k+ with some degree relating to maths or science or whatever but you probably find maths easy as fuck and for you its no big deal to get through the education with good grades and end up finding the job easy mode and progressing through the company easily because you just destroy everything that comes at you.

Look op, I'm not going to lie, the path is difficult... But it isn't confusing. Get an entry level job at a large enough company to afford you advancement opportunity and work hard at it. Have a discussion with your manager and his/her manager. The chain of command needs to know you exist and you work hard. Let them know you are willing to do whatever it takes. Be on time. Pick up shifts. Don't complain. Ask if there's extra work to be done. Be persistent. As you move up don't be afraid to apply to jobs outside of your company to accelerate your mobility.
