1. I'm a Publisher

Anyone not an NPC would understand how flawed both things are. Both are censored, too. Honestly, even though Jow Forums is under survilance and tracks/records user IPs AND censors certain content, it amazes me that an anonymous platform still exists.

Currently there is no real free speech (as in not censored, a danger to it's user) possible on the Internet, at least not it big sense. You can always start an IRC-chat from some public WiFi somewhere hidden for a few minutes and then leave the place. For that short while it's pretty anonymous and safe, anything written and read is also perfectly free and uncensored... however most likely there would be a lot people reading it, if any at all. This is also soon to be impossible with ID required Internet Access, that is planned and already deployed in certain countries.

Because right now, you cannot make a truly free and anonymous platform anywhere in the world, you do not have the freedom of free speach. Your right was taken from you and you let it happen. Whenever you from now on talk about "free speech" all you can say, it doesn't exist and you have no rights. You have no rights, because you didn't protect them for yourself and others.
