By the way a lot of Jow Forums falls into the /lit/ category here. Often offering 'self help' books and similar that nobody has ever fucking read. If you haven't read a book, DON'T RECOMMEND IT YOU FUCKWAD.
Also, you can tell when someone's actually read a book vs a poseur because the people who read, can and will give you quick reviews of the material instead of just saying "oh yeah you should read this."
