Fish amoxicillin is identical to what we take. A fair number of animal meds have identical active ingredients, but often with different preservatives etc (ones suitable for animal use but not necessarily human).
I believe animal xanax is another. Then obviously a few painkillers. Most of those aren't OTC though.

I keep a small coral reef in my living room. I do it all myself. I drill the glass tanks when I want a new one, and even rebuilt a 90 gallon from 5 panes of glass. If it kills fish and is used as recommended, these places will get hounded by crazy hobby people like me. I use pharmaceutical grade dry salt mix for fucks sake. I NEVER EVER treat my tank for anything, and use different methods (berlin method) and build fish tolerance by not sterilizing them with copper etc prior to introduction. I feed live food when I can.

I am starting to think about the sizes of some of my pieces and needing to trim them back, and each "frag" could cost between $10-20 usd at least. I could probally shit out 100+ frags on a long weekend with lots of superglue. I currently have a dozen green porites frags for sale. Its somewhat common in the hobby, so I resigned myself to give them away at our next reef-club "swap". Its better to give to others and let them enjoy the hobby at times.
