The reason why so many people act like "npcs" is because of the education system and society as a whole. The education system is entirely based upon the industrial revolution, and if you have more than 2 fucking brain cells you would understand that companies want people to work in their factories in order for them to make an assload of money. In order for this to happen you need to stop promoting individuality and start promoting following the crowd/mob. Think about it, ever since you are dropped off in kindergarten you are taught sharing is caring and some other bullshit. You are also taught to be a group of people instead of a bunch of individuals with dreams and passions. As you grow up you are taught more and more to brainlessly follow celebrities and the latest trend/craze and to watch mind numbing shows such as keeping up with the kardashians. You are also taught by society to like/follow celebrities to stay hip and trendy/cool. What this does is it promotes a mob mindset of monkey see monkey do. Over the years you are taught more and more by society to just brainlessly follow leftist ideologies and figures. What this does is create a society that is easy to control and manipulate, like why else are there still people who are Communists that live and walk the earth to this day.
I mean Jow Forums really think about it. Nearly all inventors, Entrepreneurs and philosophers were either homeschooled and/or dropped out of college/school. They escaped the system and followed the path of their passion in life.
Now Jow Forums I want you to think for at least 15 minutes about everything I just said. DO NOT LOOK AT OTHER RESPONSES! MAKE UP YOUR OWN DECISION!

Not all NPCs är PC. The ones that are, are so because they think PC is the normal, because of the media, and they think anything else means change and if things change they get uncomfortable.
I have worked with people that clearly either dont think or have to put a lot of effort into thinking. If they dont have to think, they wont. You can tell them to "do solution x on this problem" and when starting a different project they continue with "x", not reflecting on if it still applies or why they had to do "x" in the first place. They are on auto-pilot.
