Through meditation and practice I have developed my eternal dialogue into 3 aspects, each one acts 'as if'
1st person: x happend to me directly
2nd person: x happened to my friend/family
3rd person: X happened to someone I do not know directly
then it is is like a 3 way debate one how to proceed, each perspective giving its particular argument until a consensus is reached. Works really well most if the time-- but i am still human, and reason can escape me from time to time.
