"NPC" meme is getting tiring. They are not NPCs, they are political bots.
Russians are pretty familiar with detecting them: bots keep writing about the same topic in short span of time, their posts often lack common sense so they are can't have a normal discussion; instead they use repetitive arguments and insults to a generalized group of people.
Do you know who else really overuse the term nazi? Russian bots when they had to talk about targeting Ukrainians, Balts and Americans.
They are paid to do this shit. That's why their stances look really out-of-reality. If you oversaturate some topic, some people will start to believe it partially - and this is enough for propagandists.

I hate it because it's a weak-ass meme. The idea that people without an internal monologue are somehow less conscious makes Jow Forums look stupid because the opposite is more true. It makes the whole thing seem artificially stitched together.
I'm all in favor of meme magic, but the memes need to be strong.

Words are units of meaning, so for intellectually passive humans that rarely think about thoughts themselves, there's an implicit sense that meaning comes from words. When words are thought of as absolute, you can control or shape their thoughts by controlling or shaping (or policing) language. Look at the SJW rhetoric: Their whole shit is predicated on an *adjustment* of what racism is. They've "changed" it from simply meaning "dscrimination based on race" to something like "privilege + power" or some shit like that, therefore enabling them to make the argument that "black people can't be racist."
If people weren't shackled by words, this wouldn't work. If people understood the limitations of language, they would recognize how arbitrary words are, which would destroy any internal sense of "stigma" they have associated with certain words and phrases, like "conspiracy theory," "antisemitic," "unpatriotic," etc.
It's really pathetic that I have to explain this. In short: Consciousness is not beholden to human languages because consciousness gave rise to human languages. Thought that is not parsed into words is free, multiphasic, and multiaxial, making it much stronger than thoughts bootstrapped to words.
