About 2 years ago I was debating politics with an open borders for all SJW and refugees in Europe came up, specifically how they've been violent and I brought up the Cologne rapes from NYE. I work in print shops doing 3rd party service with equipment. Most the people I interact with are bread and butter christian conservatives or apolitical people. This one place is weird because its in super red county FL. Most of the class was already brainwashed and it was a huge echo chamber. It became clear they did not like when I participated in the discussion. I am a woman so they couldnt accuse me of mansplaining but everything else was thrown my way. I only thought why I did because I was white and privileged. I was brainwashed and didn't know any better. They tried to enlighten me but I would pull up facts on my phone and they'd just start raving. 2 weeks into the class the teacher pulls me aside and tells me that I need to stop purposefully derailing the class.
