think a lot of it is the government is the biggest employer, and equal opportunity employment means that non whites get better chances at government jobs
when I was there it seemed like it's a lot of blacks and arabs, more likely to be bilingual than east asians and indians which also helps with government jobs

This is at KebneKaise Swedens top peak. Only +2000 meters but we have to bling back like 10-20 bodies of people frozen to death even in the summer.

Western part of the city. I also go to the eastern part frequently to visit some people.
Even the suburbs appear to be slowly becoming non-white.
