NPC’s and Hypnotism

Can the phenomenon of some people being able to be hypnotized reveal more info of the NPC? Since NPC’s have no inner dialogue and are easily influenced and manipulated wouldn’t that explain people who are hypnotized. If you have inner dialogue you can’t be manipulated and controlled to be hypnotized, whereas others become a chicken or fall asleep at the snap of a hypnotists fingers.

For me personally the inner dialogue is what keeps me from being hypnotized no matter how much I relax, but I really think there is a relationship between NPC’s and hypnotism. Thought?

interesting thought.
worth investigating.

It's pretty much the opposite of what you said. Dumb people are harder to hypnotize.

you can be hypnotized even if you have an inner dialog, as long as you can hold still and listen. it may require you to find the right technique though.

I can tell you for sure, I'm no NPC. If anything, I have an overly active inner dialogue. I was hypnotized to stop smoking, and haven't touched one in 8 yrs.

wow, congrats

INNER DIALOGUE IS ONLY ONE OF THE 5 FORMS OF THOUGHT
YOU MUST EXPERIENCE ALL 5 TO BE A PC
>linguistic
>visual
>emotive
>sensual
>"spontanious"
i am only skeptical of the 5th method because it is innately obscured by the first 4. the description of 'nirvana' seems eerily close though.

You desired to be hypnotized, however. So you pulled down the barriers. The question is, does an NPC even have those barriers at all?

another fucking thread
we're having 10 of them a day

Actually, the better the imagination and the more inteligent a person the better hypnotism works.
You dont need to be hypnotized by other people to experience it, you can do auto-hypnosis (self hypnosis) thats how many successful people manipulate/improve themselves to achieve more and overcome limitations.
Hypnosis is independent of npc's

There was a movie called "Ghostworld" that actually puts on display the NPC/PC subject. And this was from 2001. This scene from the film has more to say on this topic of NPCs and hypnotism than you can imagine.

For further reference, also see the works of Roy Masters regarding mass hypnotism, meditation, "thought streams" and meditation, etc. He publishes meditation methods that actually teach you not to be a stimulus-reaction machine. (He started out as a hypnotist before he realized that everybody is already hypnotized).

we're enjoying the butthurt. Fuck off.

I read that most children are HIGHLY hypnotizable, and around 25% of adults are hypnotizable. I believe this is a very important factor in politics and social programming.

Make him into an NPC and tweet it at him.

That's because this topic is still interesting, and it has substantial implications. Notice that there are some interesting comments in these threads, besides the dozen people like yourself who point out how common they are.

yeah hundreds do it every day

There should be an online test people can take to determine where they lie on the NPC/PC spectrum

Congrats you're a retarded faggot. Want me to predict your love fortune?

To hypnotize someone with inner dialogue, all you need to do is engage them with dialogue they agree with. Take small leaps in the direction you want to take them.

Loving this meme!
