Anyway, I fell asleep on the couch in Grandpa's bassment which had one of those Old TV's I tried to turn on to catch some news, but all that was on there was the Fuzz on the screen like the Gif or like in Poltergeist.
When I got up, I stared at the screen and realized I can consciously manipulate that fuzz and make shapes, circles, and all sorts of shit. The randomness of the fuzz was being affected by mu Consciousness.
Later that night, I shared it with Gramps who was an open minded stoner himself. He sad the only way to confirm it was to see if you can see what shapes I was making on the TV. We spent the next hour watching and guessing correctly the fuzz manipulations.
Later around 2005 I came across a Study that a University was doing this exact thing with Random Number Generators.

Modern science doesn't have the slightest toehold onto this stuff. You shouldn't even bother trying to link it up with some contemporary scientific theory. Develop the your own incommensurable paradigm and use the tools of the scientific method from there. (Unfortunately many haven't been sufficiently trained for such tools.)
