It won't let me copypaste, but among other things, how accurate do you really think their methods were? They checked for alisis (marriage much?), deceased, felons, and people who moved. Do you think the state can keep up with all the changes inside a state that affect all theses changes and check it against their cuurent ID rolls? They rate it as mostly true, I see it as laughable.
