Not sure about this guy but the company I've been working in which had stagnate wages for the past 6 years and froze hiring for the entire time as well (even while we lost around 20% of our workforce due to lay offs and people quitting) finally for the first time started hiring new workers, raised wages and gave the first quarterly profit sharing bonuses in five years. But yeah some fucking leaf is sure going to show me how my own personal experience is wrong not counting the experiences of my friends and family who are seeing the same type of thing going on in their lives.
