The thing is Ryan has had some zany ideological shifts in the past: ANP, omniseperatism, etc... and he had always kind of held onto his viewership. This was the only time that he had some serious backlash, but that's happens when your audience grows, so does the possibility of criticism. Ryan is smart as fuck. There's no doubt. He was doing the race realism thing way before anybody else, and he never halted or slowed down his mission. He had tons of critics back in the day, no only for his race videos, but for his political ones as well. He and Sean Last actually met each other on bad economic terms back then, and then sort of reconciled. I feel like Ryan never expected to get as big as he did, but he did, and I don't know if he's capable of handling that.

So many thought leaders/media personalities of the far right are really stupid people who can't keep their stories straight about what the want to be. They also keep thinking being cool on the internet is something that translates into real world politics. The far left has done more to turn people far right than white nationalism or any other like minded group.
The Alt Right isn't around because it was doomed to fail largely because it was never that unique to begin with and was built off the corpses of other communities that died from infighting and memes. The most it could hope to be was a movement like GG that seemed to fuel itself off being pissed at liberals rather than having a distinct political ideology. It didn't help that a lot of the Alt Right got caught up with Kraut and Bloodsports because they probably realized that fighting over irrelevant e-drama was more profitable and safer than talking politics. It will come back as some other label in a few years with a lot of the same people, like how David Duke in different fringe groups.

Yeah no doubt he is a huge asset.. But his autism and eccentricities damper his potential. My advice to him would be to get more intelligent high functioning /ourguys/ in his life to act as a sounding board for his ideas and to give him feedback, he is probably pretty isolated like so many others. Knowing others IRL who are nearly or just as redpilled as yourself is invaluable.

Stef has his audience, peers who share the same ideas as him, and keeps his boundaries with both such that nothing gets in the way of him saying what he wants to say while steadily gaining steam as a influence..

Also when Stef starts changing his mind about something fundamental because he has been redpilled, he slowly guides his audience towards the same conclusions over time rather than suddenly dropping bombs and then chimping out when his audience can't process it all at once.
